摘  要:老旧的铁塔因过去设计缺陷无安装安全绳装置,导致工作人员在高空作业时存在很大的安全隐患。为此,提出了一种无人机自动挂取安全设备。该设备可通过控制无人机自动挂取安全固定装置,配合工作人员安装好防坠器,为作业人员高空作业提供安全保障。在此基础上,为解决安全挂钩装置一体性差的问题,在无人机底部增加了激光雷达并优化了装置,同时研制了一套基于无人机激光雷达的铁塔自动挂取安全攀登绳装置。Due to past design flaws,old iron towers lack safety rope devices,which poses significant safety hazards for workers working at heights.To this end,a unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)automatic hooking safety device has been proposed.This device can automatically hang safety fixing devices by controlling drones,and cooperate with workers to install anti fall devices,providing safety protection for high-altitude operations by operators.On this basis,in order to solve the problem of poor integration of the safety hook device,LiDAR was added to the bottom of the drone and the device was optimized.A set of automatic tower hanging safety climbing rope device based on UAV LiDAR was developed.
