摘 要:在当今数字经济时代,网络营销进入高速发展阶段,其凭借覆盖面广、成本低等优势成为不可或缺的营销方式。然而,网络营销快速发展的同时,也引发了诸多电商企业社会责任缺失的现象,如侵犯消费者隐私、盗取数据、恶性竞争等给企业利益相关者带来了不良影响。针对电商企业在网络营销中社会责任缺失问题,深入剖析其形成原因并提出相关建议,以期为电商企业在网络营销过程中树立正确的企业社会责任意识提供借鉴。In today’s digital economy era,network marketing has entered a stage of rapid development,and has become an indispensable marketing method with its wide coverage and low cost advantages.However,with the rapid development of network marketing,it has also led to the lack of social responsibility of many e-commerce enterprises,and the phenomenon of violating consumer privacy,stealing data,and vicious competition has emerged in an endless stream,which has brought adverse effects to corporate stakeholders.Aiming at the phenomenon of lack of social responsibility of e-commerce enterprises in network marketing,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of its formation and puts forward relevant suggestions,in order to provide certain reference significance for e-commerce enterprises to establish correct corporate social responsibility awareness in the process of network marketing.
