职业本科教育产教融合的路径与支持政策研究——以浙江药科职业大学为例

摘　　要：通过对职业本科教育产教融合的发展阶段、内涵建设和指导性政策等进行梳理,围绕职业本科教育的办学机制、运行原则、人才供求和资源调控机制4个方面内容进行展开,并以此作为职业本科教育产教融合发展路径,从而丰富职业本科教育的办学模式和办学特色。同时从制定和实施产教融合政策、监督管理、经费保障等3个方面的支持政策进行分析,在提出优化路径和支持政策的同时,以浙江药科职业大学为例,对新建的职业本科大学在实施产教融合作出阐述,以此为职业本科教育在实施产教融合提供必要的理论依据。In order to actively build a modern vocational education system and promote the in-depth development of the integration of industry and education in vocational undergraduate education.By sorting out the development stages,connotation construction and guiding policies of the integration of industry and education in vocational undergraduate education,the four aspects of the vocational undergraduate education,including the school running mechanism,operating principles,talent supply and demand,and resource regulation mechanism,will be carried out as the development path of the integration of industry and education in vocational undergraduate education,so as to enrich the school running mode and characteristics of vocational undergraduate education,and at the same time,from the formulation and implementation of the integration of industry and education policies The support policies of supervision and management,fund guarantee and other three aspects were analyzed.While putting forward optimization paths and support policies,Zhejiang Pharmaceutical Vocational University was taken as a case to make a comprehensive and scientific exposition on the implementation of the integration of industry and education in the newly-built vocational undergraduate universities,so as to provide the necessary theoretical basis for the implementation of the integration of industry and education in vocational education.
