八珍汤联合盐酸倍他司汀治疗气血亏虚型中枢性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察八珍汤加减联合盐酸倍他司汀治疗气血亏虚型中枢性眩晕的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月江西省萍乡市中医院神经内科收治的气血亏虚型中枢性眩晕患者98例作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各49例。两组均予以注射用盐酸倍他司汀20 mg静脉滴注治疗,观察组在此基础上口服八珍汤加减治疗,均连续治疗10 d。观察并比较两组治疗总有效率及眩晕评定量表(DARS)评分。结果经治疗,观察组的总有效率100.00%(49/49)优于对照组的89.80%(44/49)(P<0.05),且观察组DARS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论加减八珍汤联合盐酸倍他司汀治疗气血亏虚型中枢性眩晕临床效果显著,能明显改善患者眩晕症状。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Bazhen decoction combined with betahistine hydrochloride in the treatment of central vertigo due to deficiency of qi and blood type.Methods Using a random number table method,98 patients with cen-tral vertigo of deficiency of qi and blood type who were treated in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with intravenous infusion of 20 mg of betahistine hydrochloride injection.On this basis,the observation group was orally treated with modified Bazhen decoction,and both groups were continuously treated for 10 days.The total effective rate and DARS score was com-pared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%(49/49),which was better than that of the control group(89.80%,44/49)(P<0.05),and the DARS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of modified Bazhen decoction and betahistine hydrochloride has a significant therapeutic effect on central vertigo of qi and blood deficiency type,and can significantly improve the symptoms of dizziness in patients.
