传播史上的玉器时代:“媒介域”与华夏精神形塑

摘　　要：在新石器时代中晚期至夏王朝建立之前,中国存在着一个传播史上的玉器时代。玉器是史前天文观测和传播天文知识的主要媒介,后发展为神器、法器、礼器、饰器和葬器。围绕着史前玉器,形成了一个特殊的“媒介域”。玉器“媒介域”发挥着记忆工具、权力装置和社会组织核心的功能,建构特定的时空组合。围绕着玉器这一“媒介域”,形成了中国文明特有的宇宙观、伦理观与传播观。史前玉器对华夏传播至少有三个方面深远影响:一是以“器以藏礼”的方式承载和传播礼乐文明;二是传播仪式观的思维取向成为理解华夏传播的重要线索;三是史前玉器“媒介域”使得传播权力高度集中,对于理解传播权力变迁与圣王崇拜有启发意义。From the late Neolithic period to the establishment of the Xia Dynasty,a jade age existed in China's communication history.Jade ware served as the primary medium for prehistoric astronomical observation and the dissemination of astronomical knowledge,later evolving into diverse artifacts including divine tools,ritual implements,decorative items,and burial objects.A distinct"media domain"emerged around prehistoric jade artifacts,functioning as a memory tool,power device,and social organizational core,constructing specific spatiotemporal combinations.This"medium domain"of jade contributed to the formation of a unique worldview,ethical perspective,and communication view within Chinese civilization.Prehistoric jade artifacts had a profound impact on the dissemination of Chinese culture in at least three aspects.Firstly,they carried and propagated the civilization of etiquette and music through the method of"storing ritual with tools."Secondly,the thinking orientation of the concept of communication ceremony became a crucial clue to understanding the dissemination of Chinese culture.Lastly,the"media domain"of prehistoric jade artifacts led to a high concentration of communication power,offering enlightening insights into understanding changes in communication power dynamics and the veneration of the Holy King.
