摘　　要：近年来英国铁路复兴的同时将生物多样性保护列为铁路建设与管理的重要目标,使英国铁路事业成为英国生物多样性保护的中坚力量,并在政策制定、植被管理、规划设计等方面取得了生物多样性保护的突出成就。文中通过厘清英国生物多样性发展的多元主体和相关政策支持,探究英国铁路在生物多样性保护方面的政策和计划;基于英国铁路生物多样性项目的具体分析,归纳出保护策略、恢复策略、补偿策略、合作运营策略;通过借鉴英国铁路的生物多样性策略,从制度层面和铁路方面2个角度提出对我国铁路生物多样性保护与发展的启示。In recent years,British railways have included biodiversity conservation as an important objective of railway construction and management during its process of revitalization.This effort has made British railways the backbone of biodiversity conservation in the United Kingdom,and has achieved significantly in policy development,vegetation management,and planning and design for biodiversity conservation.The paper explores the policies and plans of British railways for biodiversity by clarifying the multiple subjects and related policy support for biodiversity development in the UK.Based on the analysis of the specific biodiversity projects of British railways,it summarizes the protection strategy,restoration strategy,compensation strategy,and cooperative operation strategy.Drawing on the strategies,we propose their inspiration China's railways in biodiversity conservation and development from both the institutional and the railway perspectives.
