摘  要:雨刷系统是保障汽车安全行驶的重要设备之一,雨雪天气时为了保证视野清晰,驾驶员需要不断地调节雨刷器,这会干扰到驾驶员的注意力从而导致意外事故的发生。基于视觉图像处理的雨刷控制系统可以根据车辆行驶中的实际情况自动调节雨刷的运动,解放驾驶员双手,提高驾驶的安全性和便利性。结合雨刮传感器国内外发展趋势,应用数字图像处理技术、模糊逻辑和控制器原理,从系统组成及图像获取、雨水图像处理(预处理、分割膨胀、特征提取)、模糊控制器的设计与仿真三大模块提出一种新的设计思路,实现通过图像处理得到输入、模糊控制器推理得到输出、自动高效率调节雨刷系统运动。在汽车电子化、智能化、汽车物联网化和新能源汽车的市场份额逐渐扩大的大背景下,为传统汽车安全系统的智能化实现方式提供了一个新的思路,也为将计算机图像处理技术运用到汽车设计中提供了参考。The windshield wiper system is one of the essential components for ensuring safe driving in automobiles.During rainy or snowy weather,drivers constantly need to adjust the wipers to maintain clear visibility.Traditional wiper systems require manual operation,which can distract drivers'attention and potentially lead to accidents.A vision-based wiper control system can automatically adjust the wiper's movement based on the actual driving conditions,thus freeing the driver's hands and enhancing both safety and convenience.Taking into account the domestic and international trends in rain sensor technology,applying digital image processing techniques,fuzzy logic,and controller principles,a new design approach is proposed with three major components:system configuration and image acquisition,rainwater image processing(preprocessing,segmentation,dilation,feature extraction),and the design and simulation of a fuzzy controller.This approach enables input through image processing,output through fuzzy controller reasoning,and automatic,efficient adjustment of the windshield wiper system's motion.In the context of the increasing electrification,smart features,the expansion of the automotive Internet of things,and the growing market share of new energy vehicles,this approach offers a new way to implement intelligence in traditional automotive safety systems and provides a reference for incorporating computer image processing technology into automotive design.
