摘　　要：[研究目的]新时代国际关系背景下的中西方舆论斗争形势依然严峻,分析对美舆论战的语境构成及新时代舆论场的重构趋向,对认清舆论战本质、争夺舆论场话语主导权、提高国际传播能力具有重大意义。[研究方法]结合语言学与传播学的相关理论,定义舆论战及其特质属性,从语场、语式、语旨三个语境维度解构舆论战的话语深层结构,并基于此分析新时代舆论战语境在三个维度的重构趋向,进而提出有效开展舆论战的攻防策略。[研究结论]对舆论斗争话语的深层结构分析有助于认清舆论战的本质,做到“知理”“会战”,进而制定相应的防御、进攻及进攻式防御策略,确保国家在国际舆论博弈中取得话语先导主导优势。[Research purpose]Under the background of international relations in the new era,the situation of propaganda war between China and the West is still grim.It is of great significance to analyze the context construction of the discourse in the propaganda war against the United States and the reconstruction trend of public opinion field in the new era for understanding the essence of the propaganda war,contesting the dominant discourse in the public opinion field,and enhancing international communication capabilities.[Research method]Combining relevant theories of linguistics and communication,this study defines the propaganda war and its characteristic attributes,deconstructs the deep structure of discourse in the propaganda war from the three dimensions of field,mode,and tenor.Based on this,it also analyzes the reconstruction trend of the propaganda war context in the three dimensions under the background of new area,and puts forward effective offensive and defensive strategies for carrying out the war.[Research conclusion]Analysis of the deep structure of the discourse in propaganda war is helpful to understand the nature of the war,to achieve"understanding the reason"and"knowing the war",and then to formulate corresponding defensive,offensive,and offensive-defensive strategies,finally,to ensure that China gains the dominant advantage in the international propaganda confrontation.
