复合植物抗痘原液的制备研究

摘　　要：分别从鱼腥草中采用乙醇回流提取,D101大孔树脂纯化提取鱼腥草素,从黄柏中采用酶解-超声法提取黄柏碱,从苦参根中采用超声提取苦参碱三种植物活性物质,这三种物质都有一定消炎杀菌的作用,将其复配配制成植物复合提取液,以植物复合提取液为原料研制一种具有抗痘功效的原液,采用人体试验的方法对复合植物提取液的用量进行了筛选,并对抗痘原液的配方设计进行了研究,制备的抗痘原液配方稳定,肤感清爽,有一定的消炎、抗痘等效果。Houttuynia cordata was extracted by ethanol reflux and purified by D101 macroporous,philodendron was extracted from Phellodendron chinensis by enzymatic hydrolysis-ultrasonic method and matrine was extracted from the radix Sophora flavescens by ultrasound,all of which had anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects,the compound extract was prepared into plant compound extract.The compound extract of plant was used as raw material to develop a kind of stock with anti-acne effect,the amount of matrine extracted from radix sophora flavescens by ultrasonic was screened by human experiment,the formula design of the original solution were also studied.The formula of the anti-acne solution was stable,the skin feels fresh,and it had certain anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
