摘 要:宽厚板生产过程高度依赖轧机设备可靠性和运行精度,介绍了基于数字孪生和轧制过程大数据的精轧状态智能识别技术。在构建多维度模型和轧机数字孪生体基础上,研究开发轧机状态智能识别平台,实时动态显示轧机运行状态,提升了轧机轧制过程的精准控制水平。相关技术应用后,轧机状态得到显著改善,钢板镰刀弯比例降低至3.5%,轧件刮框等异常问题降低25%以上。The production process of wide and thick plates highly relies on the reliability and operating accuracy of rolling mill equipment.This article introduces the intelligent recognition technology of precision rolling status based on digital twin and big data of rolling process.On the basis of constructing a multi-dimensional model and rolling mill digital twin,a rolling mill status intelligent recognition platform is developed to dynamically display the running status of the rolling mill in real time,improve the precision control level of the rolling process of the rolling mill.After the application of relevant technologies,the rolling mill status has been significantly improved,the proportion of steel plate sickle bending has been reduced to 3.5%,and abnormal problems such as scraping frames of rolled parts have been reduced by more than 25%.
