摘　　要：目的 探讨脑海绵状血管瘤(CCM)合并发育性静脉异常(DVA)的临床特点及治疗措施。方法 回顾性分析北京协和医院神经外科2021年12月收治的1例CCM合并DVA患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献,总结其临床特点。结果 该患者经左颞叶内侧后部海绵状血管瘤及静脉畸形切除术后癫痫得到控制,术后围手术期症状无复发。结论 CCM合并DVA临床相对少见。其治疗过程复杂,需要根据患者的具体情况权衡利弊。Objective To explore clinical characteristics and treatment of mixed cerebral cavernous malformations(CCM)with developmental venous anomaly(DVA).Methods The clinical data of a patient with mixed CCM with DVA admitted to Department of Neurosurgery,Peking Union Medical College Hospital in December 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.Result The patient s epilepsy was controlled after resection of cavernous hemangioma and venous malformation in the medial posterior part of the left temporal lobe,and there was no recurrence of postoperative symptoms during the perioperative period.Conclusion Mixed CCM with DVA have no specific manifestations requiring complex therapeutic strategies.
