摘 要:企业发展离不开道德管理,企业道德管理将逐步被人们所认可并成为企业发展的重要理念和手段。随着企业改革发展的不断深入,我国企业道德管理有着长足的进步。但是,一些企业道德管理的理念和手段仍然存在不足之处,凸显在对道德管理与经济效益的根本关系把握不清,缺乏对人的尊重,以及缺少对企业道德环境的塑造等。现时代需要有积极的应对措施:确立各主体道德管理的基本原则,落实营造企业道德环境,建立企业道德管理评估指标体系以把握自身道德管理和企业道德发展状况。并且,在不断改善消费者网络信息渠道并努力扶正舆论的同时,通过开展常态化的企业道德教育,不断提高企业职工和企业管理者的道德责任意识,逐步完善道德管理评价与监管机制。Enterprise development cannot be separated from moral management,which will gradually be recognized as an important concept and means of enterprise development.With the continuous enterprise reform and development,moral management in Chinese enterprises significantly progessed.However,there are still deficiencies in the concepts and methods of moral management,especially the vague understanding of the fundamental relationship between moral management and economic benefits,the lack of respect for people,and the lack of shaping the ethical environment.Currently,active response measures are needed:establishing the basic principles of moral management for various entities,creating corporate moral environment,and establishing an evaluation index system for corporate moral management to grasp the development status of moral management and corporate ethics.Moreover,while continuously improving consumer online information channels and striving to support public opinion,we will carry out normalized corporate ethics education to continuously enhance the moral responsibility awareness of enterprise employees and managers,and gradually improve the evaluation and supervision mechanism of ethical management.
