摘  要:德鲁克提出“组织共同体”有其历史条件:资本逻辑与现代组织发展的矛盾不断深化;工商组织攫取最大利润被认为是正义的这一假设遭遇到了劳资矛盾、人与自然矛盾激化的重击;霍桑实验的结果阻挡了科学主义拯救管理的预期,“社会人”假说诠释不了未来的工业人;“创造顾客”是工商组织的创新性活动,需要一个全局的共同体理念来指导。德鲁克前瞻性的“组织共同体”理念,不是局限于对原有资本伦理的修复,而是以产品创新为引导,构建共存共生的劳资关系,创建厂家顾客互惠、人与自然和谐的过程。“创造顾客”需要具有组织共同体伦理观,要求工商组织把获得最大利润改为取得发展所需利润,从深层管理伦理来说,这是基于“诚信”“友善”“互惠”的发展伦理。在德鲁克时代,这仅是对美好组织共同体的期盼,要想构建经济目标与社会目标相一致的组织共同体伦理,在认识上还需破除均衡主义伦理观和超功利主义伦理观的局限。德鲁克认为,儒家伦理为构建新型组织共同体提供了很好的基础。德鲁克的思想对于促进西方世界赞同人类命运共同体起到了桥梁和铺垫作用。Drucker proposed“organizational community”when the contradiction between capital logic and modern organizational development is constantly deepening;when the justification of profit maximization for industrial and commercial organizations has been battered by the conflict intensification between labor and capital,between humans and nature;when the results of Hawthorne s experiment blocked the expectation that scientific can save management and the social man hypothesis failed to explain the future industrial man;when“creating customers”——a business innovation should be guided by a global community concept.Drucker s forward-looking concept of“organizational community”,not limited to the repair of existing capital ethics but guided by product innovation,builds a coexistence of labor and capital relations and creates mutual benefit between manufacturers and customers,and harmony between humans and nature.Creating customers requires organizational community ethics,which requires business to shift from maximizing profits to achieving the necessary profits for development.It is a profound development management ethics based on“integrity”,“friendliness”and“reciprocity”.In the Drucker era,this was only a hope for a better organizational community.To build an organizational community ethics that was consistent with economic and social goals,it was necessary to break away from the balanced and utilitarian ethics.Drucker believed that Confucian ethics provided a good foundation for building a new type of organizational community.His ideas,a bridge,paved the way for the Western world to endorse a community with a shared future for mankind.
