摘　　要：目的探讨肺微小脑膜瘤样结节(minute pulmonary meningothelial-like nodule,MPMN)的临床病理特征。方法分析1例MPMN临床资料,观察组织学形态特征及免疫表型特点。结果患者男性,61岁,发现肺结节半年余,CT示右肺上叶磨玻璃结节,肿瘤性病变不除外。镜下病变区界限清晰,由上皮样或短梭形上皮样细胞构成,围绕薄壁小血管呈漩涡状生长,细胞界限不清,胞浆红染,染色质细腻均匀,未见核分裂。免疫组织化学检测显示EMA、Vim、PR、CD56、SSTR2a均阳性,CgA、SY、CK-P、TTF-1均阴性。结论MPMN是一种罕见良性病变,依据病理组织学特征,并结合免疫组织化学可以做出明确诊断。Objective To explore the clinicopathological characteristics of minute pulmonary meningothelial-like nodules(MPMN).Methods This study involves the analysis of clinical data from a single case of MPMN,focusing on its histological morphology and immunophenotypic features.Results The patient,a 61-year-old male,had been identified with a pulmonary nodule for over 6 months.A CT scan revealed a ground-glass nodule in the upper lobe of the right lung,where a neoplastic lesion could not be excluded.Microscopically,the lesion had clear boundaries and was composed of epithelioid or short spindle-shaped epithelioid cells.These cells were arranged in a whirlpool-like pattern around thin-walled small blood vessels.The cellular boundaries were indistinct,the cytoplasm was eosinophilic,and the chromatin finely uniform without visible nuclear division.Immunohistochemical examination showed positive staining for EMA,Vim,PR,CD56,SSTR2a,and negative for CgA,SY,CK-P,TTF-1.Conclusion MPMN is a rare benign lesion,which can be definitively diagnosed based on its pathological and histological characteristics,in conjunction with immunohistochemical findings.
