区块链视角下供应链韧性影响因素及作用路径研究

摘　　要：基于2017、2019、2021年三个时期103家A股制造业企业相关数据,采用层次分析法从预测能力、适应能力和恢复能力三个维度建立制造业企业供应链韧性评价指标体系,计算企业供应链韧性水平并将其作为结果变量,运用多时段定性比较分析法分时段分析区块链技术应用、企业内部因素、企业外部因素三大类因素对企业供应链韧性的影响和作用路径.结果表明:运用区块链技术的企业供应链韧性水平普遍更高;供应链高韧性路径可分为五种,分别为内部环境驱动型、内外协同型、区块链应用-外部环境驱动型、区块链应用-内外协同型、区块链应用-内部环境驱动型.研究认为,我国企业可通过加强区块链应用、扩大研发投入、提升产品多样性等措施来提高供应链韧性.Based on the relevant data of 103 A-share manufacturing enterprises in three periods of 2017,2019 and 2021,an evaluation index system for manufacturing supply chain resilience was established from the dimensions of predictive capability,adaptive capability,and recovery capability using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the level of supply chain resilience of enterprises was calculated and used as a result variable.A multi-time period qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)was used to examine the influence and action paths of blockchain technology application,enterprises’internal factors and external factors on enterprises’supply chain resilience in different periods.The results show that the level of supply chain resilience of enterprises using blockchain technology is generally higher,and the paths to high supply chain resilience can be divided into five types:internal environment-driven,internal-external collaboration,blockchain application and external environment-driven,blockchain application and internal-external collaboration,and blockchain application and internal environment-driven.Chinese enterprises can enhance supply chain resilience by measures such as strengthening the application of blockchain,expanding R&D investment,and improving product diversity.
