摘 要:本研究旨在探究大豆皂甙(SS)对蛋鸡免疫功能的影响,并探究其在鸡蛋中的沉积效果。将270只21周龄海兰灰蛋鸡随机分为3个组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组(CTR组)饲喂基础饲粮,50 SS和500 SS组分别在基础饲粮中添加50和500 mg/kg SS。试验期10周。结果显示:1)50 SS组血清β-防御素1(β-DF1)含量显著高于CTR组(P<0.05)。2)50 SS和500 SS组下丘脑叉头盒蛋白1(FOXO1)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的基因表达水平显著高于CTR组(P<0.05),500 SS组脾脏FOXO1、叉头盒蛋白3(FOXO3)和IL-10的基因表达水平显著高于CTR组(P<0.05)。3)500 SS组血液血红蛋白(HGB)含量显著高于CTR组(P<0.05),50 SS组血液红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)显著高于CTR组(P<0.05)。4)500 SS组鸡蛋中的大豆皂甙Ⅰ、大豆皂甙Ⅴ、大豆皂醇A、大豆皂醇B含量显著高于CTR组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在蛋鸡饲粮中添加50和500 mg/kg SS可改善蛋鸡免疫功能。此外,饲粮中添加500 mg/kg SS可使SS沉积到鸡蛋内,且SS可被转化成大豆皂醇沉积到鸡蛋内。This study aimed to investigate the effects of soya saponin(SS)on immune function of laying hens,and to explore its deposition effect in eggs.A total of 270 twenty-one-week-old Hy-Line gray laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 15 hens in each replicate.Birds in the control group(CTR group)were fed a basal diet,and others in 50 SS and 500 SS groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 50 and 500 mg/kg SS,respectively.The trial lasted for 10 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)the serumβ-defensin 1(β-DF1)content of 50 SS group was significantly higher than that of CTR group(P<0.05).2)The gene expression levels of forkhead box protein 1(FOXO1)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in hypothalamus of 50 SS and 500 SS groups were significantly higher than those of CTR group(P<0.05),and the gene expression levels of FOXO1,forkhead box protein 3(FOXO3)and IL-10 in spleen of 500 SS group were significantly higher than those of CTR group(P<0.05).3)The blood hemoglobin(HGB)content of 500 SS group was significantly higher than that of CTR group(P<0.05),and the blood mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)of 50 SS group was significantly higher than that of CTR group(P<0.05).4)The contents of soya saponinⅠ,soya saponinⅤ,soya sapogenol A and soya sapogenol B in eggs of 500 SS group were significantly higher than those of CTR group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with 50 and 500 mg/kg SS can improve the immune function of laying hens.In addition,dietary supplemented with 500 mg/kg SS can cause SS to deposit into eggs,and SS can be converted into soyasapogenol and deposited into eggs.
