摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加丁酸梭菌对爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡生长性能、肠道健康和抗氧化能力的影响。选取1日龄AA肉仔鸡120只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,丁酸梭菌组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.5%丁酸梭菌(活菌数为2.88×10^(9)CFU/g)的饲粮。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,丁酸梭菌组肉鸡42日龄体重以及22~42日龄和1~42日龄平均日增重显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),22~42日龄料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,丁酸梭菌组肉鸡十二指肠绒毛高度极显著提高(P<0.01),回肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),回肠和十二指肠绒隐比显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3)与对照组相比,丁酸梭菌组肉鸡血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01);丁酸梭菌组空肠总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和回肠T-SOD活性极显著提高(P<0.01),回肠MDA含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。4)与对照组相比,丁酸梭菌组肉鸡空肠核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)mRNA相对表达量显著提高(P<0.05),空肠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)mRNA相对表达量无显著差异(P>0.05);丁酸梭菌组空肠闭合蛋白(occludin)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)mRNA相对表达量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加丁酸梭菌可以通过改善肉鸡肠道形态结构和提高机体抗氧化能力,从而提高其生长性能。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary Clostridium butyricum on growth performance,intestine health and antioxidant capacity of Arbor Acres(AA)broilers.A total of 120 AA broilers of 1-day-old were randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 broilers per replicate.Chickens in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in Clostridium butyricum group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%Clostridium butyricum(live bacteria number was 2.88×10^(9) CFU/g).The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the body weight of broilers at 42 days of age and the average daily gain from 22 to 42 days of age and 1 to 42 days of age in Clostridium butyricum group were significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the ratio of feed to gain from 22 to 42 days of age was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the villus height in duodenum of broilers in Clostridium butyricum group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),the crypt depth in ileum was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the villus height to crypt depth ratio in ileum and duodenum was significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).3)Compared with the control group,the serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity of broilers in Clostridium butyricum group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01);the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in jejunum and T-SOD activity in ileum in Clostridium butyricum group were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the MDA content in ileum was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).4)Compared with the control group,the mRNA relative expression levels of nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2),catalase(CAT)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)in jejunum of broilers in Clostridium butyricum group were significantly increased(P<0.05),but there were no significant differe
