摘　　要：2023年11月25日,“就业新征程——中国特色大学生就业理论体系建设”教育行指委论坛在东北师范大学召开,与会专家围绕大学生职业生涯发展教育实践体系、人才培养供给侧改革、生涯教育与就业指导创新发展等多个主题进行了分享交流。On November 25,2023,the"New Journey in Employment:Construction of China's Unique University Student Employment Theoretical System forum"was held in Changchun.Experts in attendance engaged in discussions and shared insights on various topics,including the education and practical system for the career development of university students,reforms in talent cultivation and supply-side changes,as well as innovative developments in career education and employment guidance.
