摘　　要：数字技术赋能图书馆智慧化服务是推进实施国家文化数字化战略,逐步实现人民群众精神文化生活共同富裕的应有之义。当前我国数字技术赋能图书馆智慧化服务尚处于初始阶段,数字技术与传统图书馆的碰撞产生“适应性矛盾”,主要表现在数字治理理念在图书馆服务上的悬浮、数据资源整合与平台共享的“壁垒”、图书馆智慧服务数字素养的欠缺等方面。针对上述问题,文章认为在推进数字技术赋能图书馆的实践过程中,需要从树立“以用户为中心”的数字服务理念、构建动态性的服务场景平台、提升服务主客体的数字素养等维度入手,探寻数字技术赋能图书馆智慧化服务的价值坐标和未来之路,建构新的数字生态,实现图书馆“善治”的目标。Digital technology enabling library intelligent service is the proper meaning to promote the implementation of national cultural digitization strategy and gradually realize the common prosperity of people's spiritual and cultural life.At present,the intelligent service of digital technology-enabled libraries in China is still in its initial stage.The collision between digital technology and traditional libraries produces adaptive contradictions,which are mainly manifested in the suspension of digital governance concepts in library services,the barriers of data resource integration and platform sharing,and the lack of digital literacy of library intelligent services.In view of the above problems,this paper believes that in the process of promoting the practice of digital technology empowering libraries,it is necessary to start from the dimensions of establishing a user-centered digital service concept,building a dynamic service scene platform,and improving the digital literacy of service subjects and objects,so as to explore the value coordinates and future roads of digital technology enabling libraries'smart services,construct a new digital ecology,and achieve the goal of good governance of libraries.
