摘 要:现浇层施加双向预应力的钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板(以下简称钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板)是一种半装配式结构。根据钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板静载试验及数值模拟结果,获得了其荷载-跨中挠度曲线、荷载-应变曲线。通过试验结果及模拟分析可知:在钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板正常服役过程中,其抗弯承载力及刚度均充足,符合规范要求;通过理论研究分析了支撑体系的安全性,并对钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板在现场堆放及运输过程中出现的问题提出了解决措施。The reinforced truss concrete composite slab with bidirectional prestressing applied to the cast-in-place layer(reinforced truss concrete composite slab)is a semi assembled structure.Based on the static load test and numerical simulation results of reinforced truss concrete composite slab,the load-mid-span deflection curves and load-strain curves were obtained.Through experimental results and simulation analysis,it can be concluded that during the normal service process of reinforced truss concrete composite slab,its bending bearing capacity and stiffness are sufficient,meeting the requirements of the specifications.Through theoretical research,the safety of the support system was analyzed,and solutions were proposed for the problems that occurred during on-site stacking and transportation of reinforced truss concrete composite slab.
