摘  要:由于大直径筒玉米仓经过夏季储藏后,粮堆外圈受外温影响较大,需充分利用低温、低湿的冷空气进行机械通风来消除局部发热点。该实验研究了18.5 kW风机组、谷冷机、谷冷机+18.5 kW离心风机对华南地区大直径筒仓冬季通风降温的效果。研究结果表明,谷冷机与离心风机都可以实现对大直径仓的冬季通风降温目的,其中谷冷机在降温效果、水分减量、能耗方面相比其他两种通风方式更具优势,能提高储粮安全稳定性。Due to the influence of external temperature on the outer ring of grain pile after the storage of large diameter silo in summer,it is necessary to make full use of low temperature and low humidity cold air for mechanical ventilation to eliminate local hot spots.This experiment studied the effect of 18.5 kW wind unit,grain cooler,grain cooler+18.5 kW centrifugal fan on ventilation and cooling of large diameter silos in South China in winter.The research showed that both the grain cooler and the centrifugal fan can achieve the purpose of ventilation and cooling for the large diameter warehouse in winter,but the grain cooler has outstanding advantages compared with the other two ventilation methods in terms of cooling effect,water reduction and energy consumption,and can improve the safety and stability of grain storage.
