摘　　要：本文以“第十四届省运会开幕式暨文艺汇演”电视转播为例,从新型的IP化转播系统、大小屏同步网络传输以及传统设备使用亮点等多方面全面分析大型活动电视转播技术设计以及技术实现方案。This article introduces the case of"Hunan 14th Provincial Games Opening Ceremony and Artistic Performance",and comprehensively analyzes the technical design and technical implementation scheme of large-scale activity TV relay from the aspects of new IP-based system,large and small screen synchronous network transmission,and the highlights of traditional equipment use.
