摘　　要：目的探讨排粪造影对慢性便秘的临床应用价值。方法回顾厦门市中医院肛肠科2015年5月—2019年9月460例慢性便秘患者排粪造影的临床资料,将其影像学表现进行临床分析。结果460例慢性便秘患者中只有25例正常,其余435例均有异常,其中单因素表现为直肠前突有87例,双因素表现为直肠前突+会阴下降有158例,三因素表现为直肠前突+会阴下降+直肠内脱垂有153例。结论排粪造影是一种操作简单且属于无创性的检查方法,能够显示肛管、直肠器质性及功能性病变的异常影像征象,对慢性便秘的诊断准确率较高,能够清晰显示慢性便秘的具体病因,为临床医师诊断及治疗提供可靠依据。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of defecography in chronic constipation.Methods The clinical data of 460 patients with chronic constipation undergoing defecography from May 2015 to September 2019 in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were reviewed,and the imaging findings were analyzed clinically.Results Among 460 patients with chronic constipation,only 25 cases were normal,and the other 435 cases were abnormal.Among them,87 cases were single factor manifested as proctosis rectum,158 cases were dual factor manifested as proctosis rectum and perineal decline,and 153 cases were three⁃factor manifested as proctosis rectum,perineal decline and rectal prolapse.Conclusion Defecography is a simple and non⁃invasive examination method,which can show abnormal image signs of organic and functional lesions of the anal canal and rectum.It has a high diagnostic accuracy for chronic constipation,and can clearly show the specific etiology of chronic constipation,providing a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinicians.
