摘　　要：中药特色技术的传承是继承和发展中医药事业的重要环节。通过参加中药特色技术传承人才培训项目的学习,回顾各基地游学经历,结合实际工作情况,从丰富理论知识、提升专业能力,学以致用、加强中医药服务能力,以及弘扬中医药文化、提升教学水平等几个方面总结学习心得。目的是为中医药从业者提供可借鉴的学习经验,也为中药特色技术传承人才培训项目更好地进行人才培训提供参考意见,从而促进中医药事业的继承和发展。Inheritance of characteristic technologies of traditional Chinese medicine is an important link in inheriting and developing the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.By participating in the training project of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology inheritance talents,reviewing the travel experience of each base,and combining with the actual work,the learning experience was summarized from several aspects,such as enriching theoretical knowledge,improving professional ability,applying what you learn,strengthening the service ability of traditional Chinese medicine,and promoting traditional Chinese medicine culture,improving teaching level.The purpose is to provide Chinese medicine practitioners with learning experience that can be used for reference,and also to provide reference for better personnel training in the talent training project of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology inheritance,so as to promote the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine.
