醒脑开窍汤辅助治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨醒脑开窍汤辅助治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的效果。方法根据治疗的不同将2021年1月至2023年1月我科的90例脑梗死患者分为a组和b组,各45例。a组给予吡拉西坦治疗,b组同时给予醒脑开窍汤辅助治疗。对比两组临床疗效、功能评分、血液流变学指标、血清神经细胞因子、不良反应。结果b组的有效率(93.33%)高于a组(77.78%)(P<0.05),治疗后b组的NIHSS评分低于a组,FMA、ADL评分高于a组(P<0.05),治疗后b组的PV、WLV、WHV的指标低于a组(P<0.05),治疗后b组的GFAP、S-100β、NSE低于a组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较P>0.05。结论醒脑开窍汤辅助治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的效果显著,能够促进功能恢复,改善血液流变学,调节血清神经细胞因子水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao decoction in the treatment of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.Methods According to the different treatment,90 patients with cerebral infarction in our department from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into group a and group b,45 cases each.Group a was treated with piracetam,group b was also treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao decoction.The clinical efficacy,functional score,hemorheology index,serum nerve cytokines and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of group b(93.33%)was higher than that of group a(77.78%)(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of group b was lower than that of group a,FMA and ADL scores were higher than that of group a(P<0.05),After treatment,the PV,WLV and WHV of group b were lower than those of group a(P<0.05).After treatment,GFAP,S-100βand NSE in group b were lower than those in group a(P<0.05).Comparison of adverse reactions between two groups P>0.05.Conclusions Xingnao Kaiqiao decoction has a remarkable effect in the adjuvant treatment of cerebral infarction patients in the convalescent stage,which can promote functional recovery,improve hemorheology and regulate the level of serum nerve cytokines.
