阴道炎患者实施个性化教育联合心理疏导的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究阴道炎患者实施个性化教育联合心理疏导的应用效果。方法从卫生院2022年5月至2023年5月收治的阴道炎患者中抽取80例设置为研究主体,以随机字母表分组法分成研究组(n=40)和参照组(n=40)。参照组患者施行一般护理,研究组患者施行个性化教育联合心理疏导,比较两组的各项指标。结果在健康知识知晓率比较中,研究组患者(95.00%)高于参照组患者(75.00%),统计学差异明显(P<0.05);研究组患者的抑郁、焦虑、偏执、恐惧、敌对等心理状态评分均低于参照组患者,统计学差异明显(P<0.05);研究组患者的阴道清洁等级、症状积分相较于参照组患者均更低,生活质量评分相较于参照组患者更高,统计学差异明显(P<0.05);在护理满意率比较中,研究组患者(90.00%)高于参照组患者(62.50%),统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论阴道炎患者实施个性化教育联合心理疏导的应用效果十分理想,可改善患者不良心理状态,提高病症知晓程度。Objective To study the application effect of individualized education combined with psychological counseling in patients with vaginitis.Methods Collected 80 patients with vaginitis from May 2022 to May 2023 in health center,and set them as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group(n=40)and the reference group(n=40).The patients in the reference group were given general care,while the patients in the study group were given individualized education combined with psychological counseling,and the indexes of the two groups were compared.Results In the comparison of the awareness rate of health knowledge,the patients in the study group(95.00%)were much higher than those in the reference group(75.00%),and the statistical difference was obvious(P<0.05).The scores of depression,anxiety,paranoia,fear and hostility in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the patients in the study group had lower vaginal cleanliness grade and symptom score,and higher quality of life score,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).In the comparison of nursing satisfaction rate,the patients in the study group(90.00%)were higher than those in the reference group(62.50%),with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of individualized education combined with psychological counseling in patients with vaginitis is very ideal,which can improve the patients'bad psychological state and improve the awareness of the disease.
