摘  要:以一高速线路波磨区段轴箱、构架、车体垂向振动加速度为研究对象,基于时域分析、频域分析、时频分析以及统计分析方法,研究了高速铁路钢轨波磨激扰下动车组轴箱-构架-车体的振动传递机理,总结了垂向振动传递规律和构架振动特点,提出了基于自适应噪声的完备总体经验模态分解(Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise,CEEMDAN)和平滑伪WignerVille分布(Smoothed Pseudo Wigner-Ville Distribution,SPWVD)的时频分析方法 CEEMDAN-SPWVD。利用车辆动态响应系统测试数据进行了实例分析,并进行了现场复核验证。结果表明:波磨区段构架最大振动幅值约为非波磨区段的1.88倍,且波磨区段500~600 Hz频带的总均方根加速度占全频带范围内的总均方根加速度的65.12%,远大于非波磨区段的占比(4.56%);本文提出的CEEMDAN-SPWVD方法能够有效识别波磨区段,理论推算的波磨波长与现场实测波长接近。Based on time-domain analysis,frequency-domain analysis,time-frequency analysis,and statistical analysis methods,the vertical vibration acceleration of the axle box,frame,and vehicle body in a high speed railway track corrugation section was taken as the research object.The vibration transmission mechanism of the high speed EMU axle box-frame-vehicle body under rail corrugation excitation was studied,and the vertical vibration transmission laws and frame vibration characteristics were summarized.A Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise(CEEMDAN)and time-frequency analysis method CEEMDAN-SPWVD for Smooth Pseudo Wigner Ville Distribution(SPWVD)based on adaptive noise were proposed.Case analysis was conducted using vehicle dynamic response system test data,and on-site verification was implemented.The results show that the maximum vibration amplitude of the corrugation section frame is about 1.88 times that of the non-corrugation section,and the total root mean square acceleration in the corrugation section of the 500~600 Hz frequency band accounts for 65.12%of the total root mean square acceleration in the entire frequency band range,which is much larger than the proportion in the non corrugation section(4.56%).The CEEMDAN-SPWVD method proposed in this article can effectively identify the corrugation section,and the theoretically calculated grinding wavelength is close to the on-site measured wavelength.
