摘 要:采用不同弹丸、不同电流的抛丸工艺对原材料进行清理,对抛丸后原材料的表面形貌、粗糙度和清洁度进行观察和测试,并将采用不同抛丸工艺清理后的原材料生产成弹条,对比其疲劳性能。结果表明:采用铸钢丸清理的原材料表面形貌和粗糙度均优于采用钢丝切丸清理的;弹丸、输送速度相同时,随着抛丸电流增加,抛丸后原材料表面粗糙度逐渐增加;不同抛丸工艺均可以清理掉原材料表面氧化铁皮;弹丸相同时,随抛丸电流增加,总体上抛丸后原材料表面清理等级提高,后续生产弹条过程中掉落的氧化铁皮减少;铸钢丸的清理效果整体上优于钢丝切丸,故采用铸钢丸清理的原材料生产的弹条具有更好的抗疲劳性能。原材料抛丸前须要合理选择弹丸,在考虑损耗的基础上,应尽量选取表面圆润、形状规则的弹丸,以免在原材料表面形成带尖锐棱角的凹坑等缺陷,进而影响到弹条的疲劳寿命。The raw materials were cleaned by different shot blasting processes with different pellet and different currents.The surface morphology,roughness and cleaning grade of the raw materials after shot blasting were analyzed,and the raw materials after different shot blasting processes were produced into clips,and their fatigue properties were compared.The results show that the surface appearance and roughness of the raw material cleaned by casting steel shot are better than that by cutting steel wire shot.With the increase of shot blasting current,the surface roughness of raw material increases gradually when the pellet and conveying speed are the same.Different shot blasting processes can clean the surface of raw materials.When the pellet is the same,with the increase of shot blasting current,the surface cleaning level of raw materials is improved after shot blasting,and the oxide sheet dropped in the subsequent production process is reduced.The cleaning effect of the cast steel shot is better than that of the steel wire cut shot on the whole,so the elastic strip made of the raw material of the cast steel shot cleaning has better fatigue resistance.Before shot blasting of raw materials,it is necessary to select reasonable pellet.On the basis of considering the loss,the pellet with rounded surface and regular shape should be selected as far as possible to avoid forming defects such as pits with sharp edges and corners on the surface of raw materials,which will affect the fatigue life of the clips.
