摘　　要：核糖体蛋白S24(RPS24)作为核糖体40S亚基的组成单位,主要参与核糖体的组装和蛋白质的生物合成反应。此外,RPS24还具有转录、细胞周期调控以及影响正常细胞的恶性转化等核糖体外功能。RPS24与胃癌、结直肠癌等多种肿瘤的发生和进展密切相关。RPS24促进肿瘤发生发展的机制多是通过发挥其核糖体外功能实现的,其过程涉及多种复杂的分子机制,但近年来研究多集中于调控p53信号通路的活性,尚缺乏理论研究。因此,了解RPS24在肿瘤中的作用并探究相关的分子机制,可为其作为肿瘤相关生物标志物及治疗靶点提供新思路。Ribosomal protein S24(RPS24),as a 40S subunit of ribosome,is mainly involved in ribosome assembly and protein biosynthesis.In addition,RPS24 also has extra-ribosomal functions such as transcription,cell cycle regulation,and affecting malignant transformation of normal cells.RPS24 is closely related to the occurrence and progression of gastric cancer,colorectal cancer and other tumors.The role of RPS24 in tumors is mostly realized by exerting its extra-ribosomal function,which involves a variety of complex molecular mechanisms.However,in recent years,most studies have focused on regulating the activity of p53 signaling pathway,and theoretical studies are still lacking.Therefore,to understand the role of RPS24 in tumors and explore the related molecular mechanisms can provide new ideas for using RPS24 as a tumor-related biomarker and therapeutic target.
