摘　　要：文章利用A-KANO模型对助眠产品进行了关于用户需求方面的设计研究,从而为助眠产品的设计提供理论依据和指导。从助眠产品功能服务类别出发,以A-KANO模型为基点,对目标用户进行调研,以评估产品各功能服务的需求层次属性;然后根据模型分析结果得到需求层级塔,进行设计分析;最后进行设计实践。研究得到的结果能够提升用户满意度、缓解失眠困扰,为助眠产品的设计提供了参考。This paper uses the A-KANO model to design and study the user needs of sleep aid products,so as to provide theoretical basis and guidance for the design of sleep aid products.Based on the functional service categories of sleep aid products,the A-KANO model was used as the basis to investigate target users to evaluate the hierarchical attributes of needs of each functional service.Then,according to the model analysis results,the hierarchy of requirements tower is obtained,and the design analysis is carried out.Finally,design practice is carried out.The results can improve user satisfaction and relieve insomnia,and provide a reference for the design of sleep aid products.
