摘 要:代工模式下,品牌企业不断提高新产品性能水平,同时增加代工企业保障新产品工艺可靠性方面的投入成本。当代工企业因利润微薄而无法承担高昂的工艺可靠性投入成本时,新产品的质量问题日益增多。本文研究了由一个品牌企业和一个代工企业组成的两级供应链中,关于新产品的性能和工艺可靠性的决策问题,并讨论了成本分担契约和收益分享契约对于双方决策的影响。结果表明:在无激励契约下,品牌企业在决策新产品的性能时,应综合考虑不同开发方案下新产品之间的潜在市场需求以及设计研发成本的差距;在激励契约下,当成本分担比例和收益分享比例处于合理区间时,两种契约形式均可以为品牌企业选择开发高性能新产品创造条件,并提高工艺可靠性。两种契约相比,收益分享契约在促进双方扩大利润和提高工艺可靠性方面更有效。In OEM mode,brand enterprises constantly improve the performance level of new products while increasing the input cost of OEM(original equipment manufacturer)to ensure the reliability of new products.When OEM cannot afford the high input cost of process reliability due to their meager profits,the quality problems of new products are increasing.The decision of new product performance and process reliability was studied in a two-stage supply chain consisting of a brand enterprise and an OEM.The influence of cost sharing contract and revenue sharing contract on the decision of both parties was discussed.The results show that:in the absence of incentive contract,brand enterprises should consider the potential market demand of new products under different development schemes and the gap of design and development costs when deciding the performance of new products.Under incentive contract,when the proportion of cost sharing and revenue sharing is in a reasonable range,both forms of contract can create conditions for brand enterprises to choose to develop high-performance new products and improve process reliability.Compared with the two contracts,revenue sharing contract is more effective in promoting both parties to expand profits and improve process reliability.
