摘 要:采取胶体磨法制备阳离子乳化沥青,并添加SBS胶乳以改善其高温流变性能;借助动态剪切流变仪(DSR)探究蒸发残留物在不同温度和频率下的流变特性,进一步通过多重应力蠕变恢复试验(MSCR)评价其变形与恢复行为。结果表明:改性乳化沥青中的弹性成分占比会随SBS胶乳掺量的增加而提升,表现为复数剪切模量(G*)和车辙因子(G*/sinδ)升高、相位角(δ)降低;当SBS胶乳掺量超过8%时,δ随温度的升高出现出下降趋势、而随频率的增大呈现上升趋势,据推测这与SBS胶乳所形成的特殊网络结构及其降解有关。MSCR测试结果则证实了SBS胶乳对乳化沥青抗变形能力和变形恢复能力的改善作用,该改善作用在SBS胶乳掺量不低于8%时较为显著。综合考虑流变特性、变形恢复能力和经济因素,建议SBS胶乳掺量为8%~10%。The cationic emulsified asphalt is prepared by colloid grinding,and SBS latex is added to improve its high temperature rheological properties.The Dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)is used to investigate the rheological properties of evaporative residues under different temperatures and frequencies,and the multiple stress creep recovery test(MSCR)is used to evaluate the deformation and recovery behavior.The results show that the proportion of elastic components in the modified emulsified asphalt increases with the increase of SBS latex content,which shows that the complex shear modulus(G*)and rutting factor(G*/sinδ)increase,while the phase angle(δ)decreases.When the SBS latex content exceeds 8%,δdecreases with the increase of temperature and increases with the increase in frequency.It is presumed that this is related to the special network structure formed by SBS latex and its degradation.The MSCR test results confirm that the SBS latex has improved the deformation resistance and deformation recovery capability of emulsified asphalt,and the improvement effect is more significant when the SBS latex content is not less than 8%.Considering rheological properties,deformation recovery capability and economic factors,it is suggested that the content of SBS latex be 8%~10%.
