摘　　要：针对中小制造企业工业机器人设备在远程监测及故障诊断等方面存在的问题,从工业机器人设备的硬件接入、数据库搭建、设备运行信息数据采集及预警信息处理等方面进行研究,搭建面向中小制造企业的工业机器人远程监控云平台,实现企业和用户对于工业机器人等设备的远程动态监测及预警,提升企业对工业机器人设备的管理效率,为今后中小制造企业制造设备的平台化管理提供理论及技术应用方面的支撑。Aiming at the problems existing in remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of industrial robot equipment in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,the study analyzes the hardware access,database construction,equipment operation information data collection and early warning information processing of industrial robot equipment;and builds a monitoring cloud platform for industrial robots in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises;realizes the remote dynamic monitoring and early warning of industrial robots,etc.by enterprises and users,so as to improve the management efficiency of industrial robot equipment,and provide theoretical and technical application support for the platform management of manufacturing equipment in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the future.
