摘  要:针对电动汽车自动空调系统普遍存在舒适性差、能耗高的缺点,本文提出了一种基于拟合因子的自动空调智能控制算法。该算法通过车内外环境温度与设定温度拟合出目标出风口温度,结合不同出风模式、风量大小确定目标蒸发器温度或目标PTC温度,通过PID控制调节压缩机的转速或PTC功率,从而控制蒸发器或暖风芯体温度,使车内温度快速平稳在用户设定的温度误差范围之内。实验结果表明,应用该智能控制策略的空调系统具有响应速度快,稳态误差小等特点,具有较强的实用性。Aiming at the disadvantages of poor comfort and high energy consumption in electric vehicle automatic air conditioning system,an intelligent control algorithm of automatic air conditioning based on fitting factor is proposed in this paper.The algorithm fits the target outlet temperature through the ambient temperature inside and outside the vehicle and the set temperature,determines the target evaporator temperature or target PTC temperature according to different outlet modes and air volume,adjusts the compressor speed or PTC power through PID control strategy,controls the evaporator or warm air core temperature,and makes the temperature inside the vehicle quickly and smoothly within the temperature error range set by the user.The experimental results show that the air conditioning system with this intelligent control strategy has the characteristics of fast response speed and small steady-state error,and has strong practicability.
