摘  要:目的 探讨传统额镜联合内镜系统在耳鼻咽喉科学见习带教中的应用及效果。方法 将见习的五年制临床医学生分为实验组(传统额镜联合内镜系统带教法)和对照组(传统额镜带教法),通过实践技能考核、理论考试以及问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果 实验组见习生的实践技能考核、理论考试以及总成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);问卷调查结果显示,实验组见习生对带教方式的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 传统额镜联合内镜系统的带教方式有助于耳鼻咽喉科临床见习生对知识的理解和掌握,提高临床教学效果。Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of traditional frontoscopy combined with endoscopic system in otolaryngology internship teaching.Methods The five-year clinical medical students interning in our department who were randomly divided into the experimental group(traditional frontoscopy combined with endoscopic system teaching method)and control group(traditional frontoscopy teaching method).Teaching effectiveness was evaluated through practical skills assessment,theoretical examination,and questionnaire survey.Results The practical skills assessment,theoretical examination,and overall scores of the experimental group′s interns were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The questionnaire survey results showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group′s interns was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching method of traditional frontoscopy combined with endoscopic system can help clinical interns in otolaryngology to master and understand knowledge,and improves the effectiveness of clinical teaching.
