升白方在预防及治疗恶性肿瘤放疗患者骨髓抑制中的应用效果观察及其对免疫水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究升白方治疗恶性肿瘤放疗患者对其骨髓抑制发生率、血液指标和免疫水平的影响。方法 选取2021年08月-2023年03月期间540例恶性肿瘤放疗患者随机分组,对照组270例接受单纯放疗,观察组270例增加升白方治疗,对比两组患者骨髓抑制发生率及分级情况、血液指标、免疫水平和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组骨髓抑制发生率、骨髓抑制分级均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,白细胞计数(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(PLT)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,T淋巴细胞亚群(CD)CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 升白方治疗恶性肿瘤放疗患者能够有效降低骨髓抑制发生率,改善血液指标,提高患者免疫功能,安全性高。Objective To study the effects of Shengbai formula on the incidence of bone marrow suppression,blood indexes and immune level in patients with malignant tumor treated by radiotherapy.Methods 540 patients with radiotherapy for malignant tumors were randomly assigned from August 2021 to March 2023 in our hospital.270 patients in the control group received radiotherapy alone,and 270 patients in the observation group were treated with Shengbai formula.The incidence and grade of myelosuppression,blood indexes,immune level and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence and grade of myelosuppression in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of white blood cell count(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb)and platelet count(PLT)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD)CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Shengbai formula can effectively reduce the incidence of bone marrow suppression,improve blood indexes,improve the immune function of patients with malignant tumor radiotherapy,and has high safety.
