摘　　要：《何博士备论·李广论》立足战争实践和人性视角分析了军队中军法和纪律的重要性,以《何博士备论》之《李广论》内容为借鉴,剖析了治军不用纪律的严重后果,同时也结合孙子“令文齐武”思想,论证了将帅带兵的基本原则:将帅既要让士兵“以死吾之恩”,又要让士兵“以死吾之令”。Review of Li Guang in He Qufei’s Reviews of Military Figures analyzes the importance of military law and discipline in the army based on the perspective of war practice and human nature.Taking the content of Review of Li Guang in He Qufei’s Reviews of Military Figures as a reference,it analyzes the importance of military law and discipline in the army and the serious consequences of the army’s lack of discipline.At the same time,by combining with Sun Zi’s thought of“command the troops with civility but keep them under control by iron discipline”,it demonstrates the basic principle of the general leading the army:the general should not only let the soldiers“die for my kindness”,but also let the soldiers“die for my order”.
