戚继光抗倭中的治军思想与实践探析

摘　　要：戚继光是我国古代将治军思想运用于实践的典范。面对明朝中晚期政治腐化、军力衰退而倭寇侵扰又日益严重的局面,戚继光大刀阔斧地进行军事改革,其治军思想中蕴含着深刻的价值内涵和内在机理,并在治军实践中得以充分体现和运用,极大提升了军队战斗力,取得抗倭战争的巨大胜利。探寻与梳理戚继光抗倭中的治军思想与实践,对当下全面加强军事治理具有有益启迪。Qi Jiguang is a model of applying military management ideas into practice in ancient China.Facing the situation of political corruption,military decline and increasingly serious Japanese pirate intrusion in the middle and late Ming dynasty,Qi Jiguang carried out drastic military reforms.His thoughts on military management contained profound value connotations and internal mechanisms,which were fully reflected in the practice of military management.The embodiment and application greatly improved the combat effectiveness of the army and achieved a great victory in the Anti-Japanese Pirates War.Exploring and sorting out Qi Jiguang’s thoughts and practices on military management during the Anti-Japanese Pirates War is a useful inspiration for comprehensively strengthening military governance at present.
