摘　　要：视频助理裁判(VAR)技术在足球领域的广泛应用,虽然可以促进足球竞赛的顺利进行,但在一定程度上也割裂了体育与人的关系。审视VAR技术在足球竞赛中的应用情况发现,VAR技术介入比赛一方面有利于竞赛公平与裁判执法,但另一方面也面临动摇足球裁判员的主体地位、消解足球裁判员的执裁权威等现实困囿。应对VAR技术的应用困境应坚持裁判员的中心地位,维护裁判员的主体性;制定技术应用的基本原则,明确VAR技术的应用范围;加强裁判员思想建设,提升裁判员执裁能力。The wide application of video assistant referee(VAR)technology in the field of soccer can promote the smooth running of soccer competitions,but it has also severed the relationship between sports and people.By examining the application of VAR tech-nology in soccer competitions,it is found that VAR technology intervenes in the competition on the one hand,which is conducive to the fairness of the competition and referee enforcement,but on the other hand,it is also faced with the reality dilemma of shaking the main position of the soccer referee and dissolving the referee's authority of adjudicating the game.The paper proposes to insist on the central position of the referee and maintain the subjectivity of the referee,formulate the basic principles of technology application and clarify the application scope of VAR technology,strengthen the ideological construction of the referee and improve the referee's pro-fessional ability.
