摘  要:目的:建立高效液相法测定金露梅中没食子酸含量。方法:采用Kromasil 100-5-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(10∶90)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长273 nm,柱温30℃,进样量为10μL。结果:没食子酸在3.44~137.52μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=1.000;平均回收率为99.4%(RSD%=1.588%);6批不同产地金露梅中没食子酸含量在3.156~11.537 mg/g之间。结论:所建立的高效液相法稳定可靠,可用于金露梅中没食子酸的含量测定。Objective To establish an high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of gallic acid in Mongolian medicine potentilla fruticosa.Methods The test was performed in Kromasil 100-5-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)under the elution of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(10∶90).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the wavelength was set as 273 nm.The column temperature was 30℃and the injection volume was 10μL.Result The liner ranges of gallic acid fell into 3.44-137.52μg/mL(r=1.000).The average recovery of gallic acid was 99.4%(RSD=1.588%).The determination of galllic acid in potentilla fruticosa from 6 places of origin fell into 3.156-11.537 mg/g.Conclusion The established method is simple,stable and reliable.It can be used for determination of gallic acid in Mongolian medicine potentilla fruticosa.
