摘　　要：西医学将尪痹归类于风湿免疫科疾病,其病因较为复杂,临床症状表现多样,应当早期进行干预治疗,以免对患者造成进一步损害。作者通过查阅文献和临床实践,以《难经·第二十九难》“阳维病苦寒热,阴维病苦心痛”为依据,提出从二维脉论治尪痹的思路,认为维络受损、阴阳失调、营卫失和、气血阻滞是形成尪痹的主要因素,可通过调和阴阳,行气活血通维治尪痹。此法与传统多从肝脾肾进行论治相比,突出从阴阳维脉论治尪痹的重要性,亦为临床治疗尪痹提供了治疗思路。In modern medicine,arthralgia is classified as a disease of rheumatology and immunology department.The etiology of arthralgia is complex and the clinical symptoms are diverse.Early intervention and treatment should be carried out to avoid further damage to patients.The author through the consult literature and clinical practice to the classics,29 is“divert disease out hot,hard pain Yin d disease”as the basis,put forward from two-dimensional pulse treatment of train of thought,thought d winding damage,imbalance of Yin and Yang,estrangement,qi block is the main factor to form of by harmonic Yin and Yang,qi and invigorate the Norwich polioplus partners.Compared with the traditional treatment of the liver,spleen and kidney,this method highlights the importance of treating the arthralgia from the Yin and Yang dimension veins,and also provides a therapeutic idea for clinical treatment of arthralgia.
