浅述《伤寒杂病论》对白血病治疗的启发和应用

摘　　要：《伤寒杂病论》是中国传统医学经典著作之一,被后人称为“方书之祖”,其所提倡的辨证思维体系广泛运用于临床上各种疾病的辨证与治疗,对改善肿瘤及其并发症亦有显著疗效。白血病作为一种病情重、进展快、病死率高的血液系统恶性肿瘤,同时易出现多种并发症,临床治疗较为棘手。文章归纳总结《伤寒杂病论》中治疗白血病的各种思路及具体的经方应用,以期为临床提供启发。Shanghan Zabing Lun is one of the classic works of traditional Chinese medicine,which is called the“ancestor of prescription books”by later generations.The dialectical thinking system advocated by the treatise is widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of various diseases,and it also has a significant effect on improving tumors and their complications.Leukemia,as a hematological malignancy with severe condition,rapid progress and high mortality,is prone to multiple complications,and its clinical treatment is more difficult.In order to provide inspiration for clinical practice,various ideas and specific prescriptions for the treatment of leukemia in Shanghan Zabing Lun were summarized.
