癫痫患儿EEG参数、氧化应激指标与认知功能损伤发生发展的相关性

摘　　要：目的 探讨癫痫患儿脑电图(EEG)参数、氧化应激指标的变化与患儿认知功能受损的关系。方法 选取我院2018年6月至2021年10月收治的92例癫痫患儿作为癫痫组,选取健康儿童90例作为对照组,比较两组儿童ECG参数、血清S100B、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)的差异,并比较两组韦氏儿童智力量表(WISC)评分,分析上述指标与癫痫患儿WISC评分的相关性。结果 癫痫组患儿血清S100B、MDA、8-OHdG测定值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);癫痫组患儿血清SOD、CAT、GSH-Px测定值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癫痫组患儿的α波功率、θ波功率测定值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);癫痫组患儿和对照组儿童的β波功率、δ波功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。癫痫组患儿WISC量表评分(94.4±12.0)分,其中36例患儿WISC量表评分<90分,平均(83.2±5.0)分;56例患儿的WISC量表评分≥90分,平均(98.5±7.9)分。癫痫患儿认知受损组血清S100B、MDA、8-OHdG测定值高于未受损组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);认知受损组血清SOD、CAT、GSH-Px测定值低于未受损组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);认知受损组α波功率、θ波功率测定值低于未受损组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);认知受损组和未受损组的β波功率、δ波功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。癫痫患儿血清S100B、MDA、8-OHdG测定值与WISC量表评分呈负相关(P<0.05),SOD、CAT、GSH-Px测定值与WISC量表评分呈正相关关系(P<0.05);癫痫患儿α波功率、θ波功率测定值WISC量表评分呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 癫痫患儿EEG中α波功率、θ波功率降低,氧化应激功能受损,并且与患儿发生认知功能受损存在明显的相关关系。Objective To explore the relationship between the changes of EEG parameters,oxidative stress indicators and cognitive impairment in children with epilepsy.Methods 92 epileptic children were(epilepsy group)admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to October 2021 and 90 healthy children were selected as the control group.The ECG parameters,serum S100B,malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px),8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine(8-OHdG)scores after seizure were compared between the two groups.The correlation between the above indexes and WISC score of epileptic children were analyzed.Results The serum S100B,MDA and 8-OHdG in epileptic children were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The serum SOD,CAT,GSH-Px in epileptic children were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The measured values ofαwave power andθwave power in epilepsy group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference inβwave power andδwave power between epileptic group and control group(P>0.05).The WISC score of epileptic group was(94.4±12.0)points,of which the WISC score of 36 cases of children was less than 90,with an average of(83.2±5.0)points;The WISC score of 56 cases of children was greater than or equal to 90 points,with an average of(98.5±7.9)points.The serum S100B,MDA and 8-OHdG of children with cognitive impairment were significantly higher than those of children without cognitive impairment(P<0.05);The serum SOD,CAT,GSH-Px of children with cognitive impairment were lower than those of children without cognitive impairment(P<0.05);Theαwave power andθwave power of the cognitively impaired group were lower than those of the unimpaired group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference inβ-wave power andδ-wave power between cognitively impaired group and unimpaired group(P>0.05).Serum S10
