摘 要:针对2万吨重载列车中部机车车钩脱钩问题进行了数值仿真计算,重点分析了动力制动条件发生改变对脱钩产生的影响。仿真计算结果表明,脱钩在关键线路节点位置发生的概率较高,通过改变动力制动大小可以在一定程度上降低钩头间垂向位移错动量,降低脱钩的发生风险;改变动力制动操纵时机,尽可能避开关键线路节点位置处实施动力制动,可有效降低中部机车脱钩风险。The numerical simulation calculation is conducted for the decoupling of intermediate locomotive of the 20000-ton heavy haul train,mainly analyzing the impact of the change of dynamic braking conditions on the decoupling.The simulation calculation result shows the following:the probability of decoupling is higher at the key sections of line;by changing the dynamic braking force,the vertical misalignment between coupler heads can be reduced to a certain extent,which can reduce the risk of decoupling;by changing the time of dynamic braking manipulation to avoid the application of dynamic braking at key sections of line as much as possible,the risk of decoupling of intermediate locomotive can be effectively reduced.
