摘  要:涂装是汽车生产过程中的重要工艺,涂装作业机器人可以保证相对复杂生产环境中较高的喷涂效率以及良好控制精度。因此,简单分析了汽车涂装作业机器人特点,依托Matlab平台与CATIA可视化编程软件,构建了贴合实际的汽车涂装作业机器人控制环境。在汽车涂装作业机器人控制环境内,综合应用静态机器人与运动输送装置同步、多机器人协同等关键技术,对汽车涂装机器人控制系统进行了改进,并对改进后汽车涂装作业机器人功能进行试验测试,得出改进后机器人可以自动调节喷涂距离,确保喷涂膜厚度达到标准范围,表明改进后的喷涂机器人综合性能优良。Painting is an important process in automotive production,and painting robots can ensure high spraying efficiency and good control accuracy in relatively complex production environments.Therefore,a brief analysis was conducted on the characteristics of automotive painting robots,and based on the Matlab platform and CATIA visual programming software,a practical control environment for automotive painting robots was constructed.In the control environment of automotive painting robots,key technologies such as synchronization between static robots and motion conveying devices,and multi robot collaboration have been comprehensively applied to improve the control system of automotive painting robots.The functions of the improved automotive painting robot have been tested and it has been found that the improved robot can automatically adjust the spraying distance to ensure that the coating film thickness reaches the standard range,This indicates that the improved spraying robot has excellent overall performance.
