摘  要:教育大计,教师为本。支撑新时期职业教育高质量发展至关重要的是建设“双师型”高素质职业院校师资力量。本文对浙江省高等职业教育师资队伍的发展现状、内在特点、发展状况等方面进行了全面而深入的分析,并针对问题提出了优化顶层设计、创新体制机制改革、深入加强校企合作、多元化拓宽培养培训体系等建议及对策,为未来浙江省高等职业院校师资向本科层次职业教育的建设转变提供了新路向。Teachers are the foundation of education.To support the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era,it is crucial to build a"dual-teacher"high-quality vocational college faculty.The article Analysis of the Construction of Higher Vocational Education Teachers in Zhejiang Province provides a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the development status,internal characteristics and development status of higher vocational education teachers in Zhejiang Province.In response to these problems,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures such as optimizing the top-level design,innovating the system and mechanism reform,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and diversifying the training system,which provides a new direction for the future transformation of Zhejiang higher vocational college teachers to the undergraduate level of vocational education.
