中小企业数字化转型“看样学样”的内在逻辑、困境挑战与推进策略

摘　　要：中小企业实施数字化转型是经济社会发展的必然趋势与选择,面对诸多数字化转型困境与挑战,实践层面的“看样学样”被证实是提升中小企业数字化转型成效有效举措的抓手,其学理层面的作用机理有待丰富。研究认为,中小企业具有数字化转型的内在逻辑是基于数字化转型的非创新研发认知。为减少不确定性影响,中小企业向领先企业学习内在动机,形成“看样学样”,推动形成“争学赶超”的数字化转型氛围。进一步运用TOE理论,构建中小企业数字化转型模型,分析中小企业缺人才、缺规划、缺方案、缺服务的转型困境,提出深入推进“看样学样”的策略建议,助力中小企业在数字化转型中“敢转、会转、转对、转好”。Digital transformation of small and medium enterprises(SMEs)is an inexorable trend and choice of economic social development.Faced with numeral barriers and challenges inherent in digital transformation,the pragmatic application of“look and learn”approach has emerged as an effective strategy for enhancing the efficacy of SMEs’digital transformation,despite the fact that further refinement in elucidating the academic underpinnings of this mechanism is needed.This study finds that the intrinsic rationale underpinning the digital transformation of SMEs resides in a calibrated response to the innovation-adverse tenets of digital transition.In order to mitigate the perturbing influence of uncertainty,SMEs should learn intrinsic motivation from pioneering enterprises,and form“look and learn”mechanism,fostering digital transformation atmosphere of striving to learn and catching up with others.Moreover,they should employ Technological,Organizational,and Environmental(TOE)framework to construct SMEs’digital transformation model,analyze transformation barriers of lacking talents,plans,projects,and services,promote strategies of further implementing“look and learn”mechanism,so as to help SMEs to“dare to transform,be able to transform,transform correctly,and transform smoothly”in the process of digital transformation.
