高校免税进口仪器设备管理探析

摘　　要：随着高校教学、科研需求的变化,高校免税进口仪器设备逐年增加,因此加强免税进口仪器设备信息化管理是必然趋势,也是管理工作重点。基于高校免税进口仪器设备的管理现状和存在的共性问题,苏州大学根据学校实际情况,开发了海关监管仪器设备系统,对全校在监管期内的仪器设备进行全方位管理,这对高校进口科教用品的管理工作具有一定的参考和借鉴。The amount of duty-free imported equipment in colleges and universities increases by years with the change of requirement of teaching and research.Thus,the enhancement of information management becomes the inevitable trend and the critical work of duty-free imported equipment.According to the analysis of the current situation of imported scientific and educational supplies management and several common issues,Soochow University established its own customs supervision equipment system,which can manage equipment on the campus during the period of the supervision.It is fair to say that the system plays a certain reference and important role for the imported scientific and educational supplies management in colleges and universities.
