摘  要:为推进新工科建设,提高网络安全与执法专业人才培养质量,在总结前期竞赛驱动的新工科警务技术人才培养模式实践成果的基础上,对存在的诸如成绩“倒挂”、学生参赛热情两极分化等五类问题进行了反思探究,并从学校、系部、教师三个层面给出改进建议,力求使教学、竞赛、实践三者更加紧密地结合,培养满足实战需求的新工科警务技术人才。In order to promote the construction of emerging engineering education,and improve the training quality of network security and law enforcement professionals,on the basis of summarizing the practice of the competition driven training model for police technical talents of new engineering courses in the early stage,the paper reflects on and explores five types of problems,such as the "upside down" of results,and the polarization of students' enthusiasm for participating in competitions,and gives solutions from the three levels of schools,departments,and teachers,so as to make teaching competition and practice are more closely integrated to cultivate police professionals who meet the needs of actual combat.
