试析高职学生心理弹性状况的群体特征

摘　　要：采取成人心理弹性量表对254名高职学生心理弹性状况进行分析,旨在为提升高职学生心理弹性水平提供依据。结果表明,高职学生心理弹性水平总体良好;性别、是否独生子女、家庭成长环境对高职生心理弹性影响均未达到显著程度,但学生性别对组织风格的影响较为明显。压力事件类型、程度、影响时长以及压力事件可控性与高职学生心理弹性总体水平不存在明显相关性;压力事件程度与自我感知、组织风格呈正相关;与社交能力、家庭凝聚力呈负相关;压力事件影响时长与自我感知、组织风格呈正相关;压力事件可控性与组织风格呈正相关。The adult mental resilience scale was used to analyze the mental resilience of 254 vocational students in order to provide a basis for improving the level of mental resilience of vocational students.The results show that the mental resilience level of higher vocational college students is generally good.Gender,single child or not,and family growth environment have not reached a significant degree on the psychological resilience of higher vocational students,but student gender has a significant impact on organizational style.There is no significant correlation between the type,degree,duration and controllability of stressful events and the overall level of mental resilience of vocational college students.The degree of stressful events is positively correlated with self-perception and organizational style.It was negatively correlated with social ability and family cohesion.The influence time of stressful events is positively correlated with self-perception and organizational style.The controllability of stressful events is positively correlated with organizational style.
